THE RULES FOR THE ACTUAL APP

TERMS

Dating is already complicated. These are the rules for the account, the pass, the content, and the way people are expected to behave.

Last updated August 8, 2026.

Agreement

These are prelaunch draft terms and are not in effect. BTT Labs is the intended legal operator for SwipeBot Dating. Before launch, the final terms will explain how creating an account accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Rules, the Child Safety Standards, and applicable app-store rules.

Who Can Use SwipeBot

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and allowed to use a dating service under applicable law. You may not use SwipeBot for commercial solicitation, unauthorized investigation, or on behalf of another person. People permanently removed for serious safety reasons may not return.

Your Account

Provide accurate information, keep one account, protect your login, complete required verification, and update important profile facts. Report unauthorized access promptly. You may use a public name that differs from your legal name, but you may not impersonate or deceive people about who you are.

Profiles and Intentions

Use current, truthful photos and accurate information about age, relationship intention, relationship structure, and other required facts.

Do not upload an AI-generated person, materially alter your appearance, hide a commercial purpose, or use somebody else's identity.

What You Cannot Do

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, discriminate against, or sexually exploit anybody.
  • Send unsolicited sexual content or non-consensual imagery.
  • Ask for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, investments, credentials, or emergency payments.
  • Advertise, recruit, traffic, solicit compensated dating, or use the service for another commercial purpose.
  • Scrape profiles, automate account activity, fake engagement, or bypass safety and capacity controls.
  • Publish another member's private information, messages, reports, or exact location without permission.
  • Use SwipeBot to break the law or violate another person's rights.

Your Content

You keep ownership of your profile content. The final terms will give the SwipeBot operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to run, secure, moderate, and support the service.

That license ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, safety evidence, legal holds, and material already shared with another member as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload everything you submit.

Introductions and Outcomes

SwipeBot uses the settings and information supplied by both people, including practical travel time. It does not guarantee a match, reply, date, relationship, personal safety, or compatibility. A Match Dossier is a useful summary, not a verdict about another person's character.

Discovery Pass

A Discovery Pass enables new introductions for the period shown at purchase. Existing matches, messages, blocking, reporting, privacy controls, data export, deletion, and appeals remain available without an active pass.

Apple or Google processes the purchase and applies its payment, tax, refund, and account rules. Prices may vary by store region. The current pass does not renew itself; you choose whether to buy another one.

Daily 69: 420 Additional Days

Daily 69 is not active yet. No purchase currently creates an evaluation or award. When active, the first 69 eligible first-time purchases accepted during each UTC calendar day receive exactly 420 additional days. The account, every required profile step, and human verification must be complete before purchase. SwipeBot's server verification timestamp determines the UTC day and serialized order.

One verified natural person may receive one first-purchase evaluation and one award. The award is deterministic, not random or cash, and stays with the qualifying account. A refund, reversal, revocation, chargeback, duplicate-person finding, fraud finding, or invalid purchase can remove it.

The program ends immediately after SwipeBot records its 1,000,000th unique paid user; that person remains included. A later reversal does not rewrite historical purchase order or backfill an earlier daily position. See the Daily 69 rules.

Safety and Meeting Offline

Verification and moderation can reduce risk but cannot remove it. Never send money or account credentials. Meet in public, arrange your own transportation, tell somebody you trust, and leave when something feels wrong. SwipeBot is not an emergency service and does not run background checks unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Account Actions and Appeals

SwipeBot may warn, remove content, require another identity check, limit discovery, suspend, or remove an account to enforce these Terms, protect members, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Serious or unclear permanent actions receive human review. Eligible actions include an appeal path.

We may withhold details when disclosure would expose a reporter, create a safety risk, or undermine an investigation.

Ending Use

You may pause discovery or delete the account in the app. SwipeBot may restrict or end access for rule violations, legal requirements, security risk, or service discontinuation. Store transactions remain subject to store rules.

Service Changes

Features, availability, questions, providers, and pricing may change. SwipeBot will not quietly turn payment into a matching advantage or silently widen a hard preference. Material changes to these Terms will be posted and may require a new agreement.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the final terms are intended to provide SwipeBot "as is" and "as available." The operator will not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular member, a relationship outcome, or that every member will behave safely or honestly. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

The final terms are intended to provide that, to the maximum extent allowed by law, BTT Labs would not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; or another member’s conduct. BTT Labs’ total liability relating to the service would not exceed the greater of what you paid SwipeBot during the previous twelve months or $69. These proposed limits would not apply where the law prohibits them.

Governing Law

The final terms are intended to be governed by Wyoming law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires another forum, disputes not resolved informally would be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming. Consumer rights that cannot be waived would remain in effect.
