Scope

This policy explains how BTT Labs handles information for SwipeBot Dating on iOS, Android, and its related support website. The member apps and account services are not operating publicly yet. Today, the website can receive support emails and ordinary security logs; the app-processing sections below describe what will apply when member services launch.

It does not cover other Swipe Bot products unless they link to this policy.

What We Collect

When member services launch, we will collect the information needed to run an adult dating service: account and login details, security events, profile text and photos, dating preferences, relationship intentions, optional compatibility answers, a private location area, travel settings, introductions, messages, consent choices, date plans, reports, appeals, purchase status, support messages, and service logs.

The current support website may receive information you choose to email and standard logs needed to secure and operate the site. We do not ask for social-media passwords, cryptocurrency wallets, income documents, continuous background location, or your address book by default.

Sensitive Dating Information

Photos, dating preferences, gender and orientation choices, relationship intentions, location, verification results, religion, politics, and accessibility information can be sensitive. We use them to operate the service, follow your settings, protect members, and comply with law—not to build an advertising profile.

Location and Travel Time

You can use foreground location permission or enter a general place manually. Other members see a broad area, not your exact starting point. SwipeBot uses private location information to estimate the trip each person would actually make and whether it fits both people’s travel settings.

We do not continuously track you in the background.

Age and Identity Checks

When discovery launches, profiles shown there must complete age, liveness, and current-photo checks. A verification provider may process a selfie and, only when necessary, government identification. SwipeBot will keep the result and limited records needed to operate the check, prevent fraud, handle appeals, and meet legal obligations.

A failed automated check is not proof of wrongdoing. Unclear results can be reviewed by a person.

How We Use Information

• Create, secure, and support accounts.
• Apply your stated dating and travel preferences.
• Prepare Match Dossiers and introductions.
• Deliver messages, date plans, and notifications.
• Detect scams, harassment, threats, explicit content, spam, duplicate accounts, and account takeover.
• Review reports, enforce the rules, and handle appeals.
• Confirm purchases, measure reliability, and comply with law.

How Matching Uses Your Information

SwipeBot may use your stated preferences, compatibility answers, schedule, practical travel time, recent activity, and whether you have room for another conversation. Your hard limits must work in both directions.

Payment, boosts, income, follower count, device value, ownership of unrelated products, and a facial “hotness score” are not matching inputs.

Dating Twin and Simulated Conversations

Dating Twin calibration profiles and reports are stored in encrypted device storage. Optional on-device language features are downloaded only after approval. Calibration answers are not sent to hosted AI for per-token processing.

Twin-to-Twin comparisons require separate opt-in from both people and may exchange only a minimized, approved Twin Card—not the full private calibration record. A simulated conversation cannot be featured unless both people have matched and separately approve that exact content. Featured material must be labeled AI-simulated.

SwipeBot does not use Dating Twin information to train a general-purpose AI model. Members can delete their private calibration and withdraw approval before simulated content is featured.

When We Share Information

We share only what is needed with companies that provide hosting, databases, maps and routes, identity checks, image safety, store purchases, notifications, monitoring, support, and professional services. They are required to handle the information for the service they provide.

We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process, to address an emergency, to report child exploitation, to protect people and rights, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information or share sensitive dating information for targeted advertising.

What Other Members See

Eligible members may see your public name, age, broad area, verification status, approved photos, relationship intention, prompts, and anything else you choose to make public.

They do not see your exact birth date, contact information, private starting point, identity documents, verification selfie, reports, security information, or private matching-only answers.

Retention and Deletion

We keep active account information while it is needed to provide the service. Account deletion removes the profile from discovery immediately and schedules the remaining personal data for deletion or anonymization after 30 days.

Limited safety, fraud, transaction, appeal, audit, or legal records may be kept longer when necessary. Backups expire on a fixed cycle.

Security

The intended safeguards include encryption, access limits, private media links, staff multi-factor authentication, logging, and rate limits. No service can promise perfect security. Report a security concern through Contact.

Your Choices and Rights

The intended controls let members edit profile information, change visibility and travel settings, pause discovery, revoke photo consent, block members, report content, export data, appeal eligible account actions, and delete the account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information. Use Contact for a privacy or data request.

Adults Only

SwipeBot Dating is only for people age 18 or older. A report involving a possible minor receives urgent review and may lead to immediate account restriction and legally required reporting.
